How do I identify the model of my cooker or oven?
Please see the information detailed in cooker identification.
How do I identify the model of my boiler?
All boilers vary in where the data badge will be, but if you can find that it will have the model number on it or the GCN (Gas Council Number). Or if you have the users manual it will tell you on that.
How long are parts guaranteed for?
Please refer to our conditions of sale.
What if I can't be in to sign for my parcel?
With authorisation from you, we are able to tell the carrier to leave the parcel without a signature in a place requested by yourself. However, please note, we do not accept any responsibility for packages left without a signature.
What if the part is not correct?
You must take every effort to identify the correct part but if it is wrong then check the model and serial number again, contact us straight away and we will then try and get the correct part for you.
How do I return a faulty part?

How late in the day can I order to get the next working day?

Orders placed Monday to Friday up to 4.20pm will be dispatched the same day, carrier items will be delivered the next working day. Friday orders can be delivered on Saturday if that option is required - just pick the option as you check-out your order.

How long after I've ordered will it be before I receive the part?
If you have chosen 1st class post this will be sent out post that day if ordered before the 4.30pm cut off. (this is not guaranteed next day) If you have selected an APC carriage charge this will be the next working day by the time stated in your selection.
If I just have a part number is that enough?
Yes, if the part is on our website then the part number you have will take you straight to the item you need - if it doesn't we may still be able to get it for you, just contact us and we will try our best for you.
What if the part I want isn't on your website?
Please contact us, either using the form provided on contact details, or telephone us or fax us and our dedicated and friendly staff will help you.
I'm not sure of the part I require, what can I do?
Contact us either by telephone, fax or email and we can always send you a diagram to help you figure out the part needed.
